Linda and Russ Klopfenstein, Beavercreek, OH
We have been in dog rescue for 7 years. We love dogs (especially yorkies and have a house full of our own). In the past 7 years, we have had 60+ pups come in and out of our home as foster furkids.
The greatest reward is taking in a homeless dog, cleaning them up, providing medical needs, and socializing them to be adoptable; then having a family adopt and soon after hearing how much this pup means to them and has brought so much to their lives. This is the reward of being a foster home.
We also run the group's Ebay store, bake treats, craft, and raise money for our pups by doing weekend festival fund-raising events.
We look forward to being able to continue through Puppy Pals Rescue to save many pups and see them adopted.
